Mrs Bowen-Cassie is currently running a CV writing enrichment; this is an excellent opportunity for students to get an employable CV created as Mrs Bowen-Cassie has plenty of recruitment experience, having run numerous recruitment campaigns (for junior positions to senior main board positions) and been a Recruitment Consultancy Director.
Bringing first hand experience to students, Mrs Bowen-Cassie will impart how important it is to get your CV right. As a recruitment 'insider' she knows the techniques for getting on the short-list and what recruiters look for. Being able to present your CV well is a skill and one which you can continue to develop over your working life-time.
The enrichment is fun, practical and also includes lots of short exercises where students get to look at the recruitment process, understand CV layouts and analyse good and poor CV's. Local business contacts will provide feedback to students on their CV's at the end of the enrichment.
