How to support your child’s revision in… Science!
Join our GCSE Science Revision Classes after school every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday starting at 3.45 and running through to 4.30pm! Keep an eye on the Enrichment timetable for when our Intensive GCSE Module Revision Breakfast sessions will commence for all Year 11!
There is also an A2 Biology (unit 4/5) Revision session every Tuesday afterschool from 3.45pm to 4.30pm and an AS Biology (unit 1/2) Revison session every Wednesday 3.45pm-4.30pm.
The only way to revise science is through practice – so the best thing you can get your child to do is:
• Make full use of their 10 hours of science lessons each fortnight
• Attend revision sessions after school on a Monday night from 3.45
• Go through practice exam questions in past exam papers or use the revision websites posted below.
GCSE Revision Materials available from teachers:
- ALL year 10 students have been issued with a revision guide and question booklet.
- Practice questions will be used in lessons to support learning and help with the expectations for the exams.
