4 COMMUNITY MINDED • DRIVEN • ASPIRATIONAL ORGANISATION STRUCTURE The Academy is organised into Learning Villages based upon the following combinations of subjects: • Communications (English and world languages) • Maths and Computing • Humanities • Science and Technology (incorporating Business and Food Studies) • Arts and Sport Students move between the Learning Villages for their lessons to ensure they get the specialist teaching they need. If students require additional support, our Access department provides SEN support, language development, behaviour support, counselling and alternative curriculum provision.
