Representatives from King’s Arms Church delivered 25 laptops to Bedford Academy today. Caroline Cameron from the church explained how they wanted to help young people during the Covid outbreak. The congregation got together to raise funds to buy the laptops for the students. Chris Deller, Headteacher, met the delivery and thanked them personally. Jo Watson, Assistant Headteacher along with some representatives from Student Voice, spoke to Caroline and said how grateful they were that the students of Bedford Academy had been given this equipment. The school and the church hope to continue to work closely together for the benefit of the students and the local community.
