The Facilities Hire Duty Officer will be responsible for the smooth running of the Academy facilities during periods of external community hire. You will assist with the setting up and clearing away of equipment and ensure that all queries and requests are dealt with promptly. You will provide on-site security during community use hours and undertake site cleaning and general maintenance duties as required.

Permanent 20 hours per week 52 week per year.

Weekly rota: shift pattern varies as dependant on the level of community bookings. However, a weekday evening shift is typically 5hrs between 5-10pm, and a weekend shift 6 hrs between 8.00am and 7.00pm.

Pay scale ACAD 3 point 9. Actual salary £10,426
